Open for the Christmas Season!

December 2, 2008

December is here, and we at Volante Farms have filled the farm stand with the best selection of greens, wreaths, poinsettias, ornaments and Christmas trees in the region!

We have a great selecton of decorated and undecorated wreaths:

Beautiful poinsettias in all colors and sizes:

A fully stocked trim-a-tree shoppe:

And of course, a HUGE selection of Balsam Fir, Fraser Fir and Scotch Pine Christmas trees, from small:

To large:

Other Stuff:

Dave Becker, one of our favorite local chefs, from Sweet Basil in Needham will be in our Trim-A-Tree Shoppe on Saturday December 6th for a book signing. Dave, along with food photographer Nina Gallant, just published his first cookbook “Thrown Out of an Italian Kitchen: Recipes from Sweet Basil” and if you need a gift idea for your favorite chef at home, this book is perfect. If you can’t make it to the signing, you can order the book on Sweet Basil’s website: We are still trying to pin Dave down on a time for his book signing, and once we do we will post it right here on our blog.

Our hours of operation are as follows:

Monday-Friday 9AM-9PM and Saturday and Sunday 9AM-7PM.
